ESNClothing Fashion offers a variety of payment options as below.

2. Your name and contact no.

3. Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque.

Please note that order will only be processed after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.

3. How secure is shopping with ESNClothing Fashion?

5. I have signed up to ESNClothing Fashion Fashion but cannot login with my password. Why?

One of the possible problems is that your account is not verified. An email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account.

6. I have a user account with ESNClothing Fashion Fashion but forgot my password, what should I do?

It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with ESNClothing Fashion. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.

 

7. I have a user account with ESNClothing Fashion, how do I change my personal info and shipping address?

Go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.

 

8. Can I buy from ESNClothing Fashion without creating an account?

Unfortunately no. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

11. I have received a few emails from ESNClothing Fashion, What are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt?

* Order Received: This email informs you that ESNClothing Fashion has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.

* Order Processed: This email confirms ESNClothing Fashion has processed your order.

* Order Shipped: This email confirms that ESNClothing Fashion has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.

 

12. Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

We check all our products for quality and defects before sending them out. All goods are unable to refunded or returned. 

13. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?

90% of our clothes are in One Size. Other sizable clothes are sized at Asian Small / Medium / Large.

Most of our apparel styles have considerable stretch and are form-fitting and are worn with a tight fit. To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a link to our Size chart.
 

Most of our clothes are made with some Spandex which is elastic.

14. How do we get the clothes that we purchase?

We will deliver it right to your doorstep through a trusted courier service provider.

 

15. In what purchase amount can I get free shipment?

We offer free shipment for order value RM80.00 (Peninsular Malaysia) & RM120.00 (Sabah&Sarawak) and above in a single order. We will charge RM10.00 per shipment for order value below RM80.00 / RM120.00

Free shipping and the shipment charges are only applicable for orders within Malaysia.

16. Is all your merchandise immediately available?
All our styles available at our online catalogue are pre-order means ordering straight from our supplier’s catalogue. We will order from our supplier based on your order.

All categories listed there will arrive within 2 1/2 weeks upon batch closing date except Tokyo Fashion Co. The particular category will take at least 3-4 weeks to arrive upon batch closing date.

17. How long will it take to get my order?

Once we received the items from respective suppliers, we will immediately ship out the next day.

West Malaysia: within 1-2 days.
East Malaysia: within 3-4 days.

18. How about if there is out stock items?
Don’t worry. We will refund you in full of the amount that you have paid.

 

19. Your clothes are pretty and in very reasonable price, how can I keep contact with you?
